This incredible achievement follows our recent win as Gold Winner for Best Letting Agent in Bath (read more about that here) and represents a huge step forward for our team as we continue to raise the standard in lettings and property management.
What makes these awards so special?
The British Property Awards are widely respected because they don’t rely on nominations or paid entries. Instead, agents are rigorously assessed through a series of mystery shops across 25 criteria, testing everything from responsiveness and professionalism to local knowledge and customer care. Winning at a national, regional, and county level demonstrates that our commitment to landlords and tenants is consistent across the board!
Recognition on every level
Being named Best in Somerset highlights our strong ties to the local community and our understanding of the property market in this region. Securing Best in the South reflects how our service stacks up against agents across a much larger area. And finally, winning Best in Britain 2024–25 is the ultimate recognition of the hard work, dedication, and expertise of our entire team.
These new awards are especially meaningful to us, building on our previous recognition as Best Letting Agent in Bath (2023–24) and Best Letting Agent in Britain (2022–23). No other agent has ever won this twice, making this achievement even more remarkable. To be acknowledged again on a national stage is a real honour and reflects the effort we put into delivering outstanding service day in, day out.
