Get to Know the Team: Rachel Catlin, Senior Property Consultant

What were you doing before joining Aspire To Move?

I was working in a letting agency in Midsomer Norton. I had worked in Lettings for a few years before starting at Aspire. Previously before that I was living in Surrey, and always worked with children. I worked within the childcare industry for about 10 years, I have worked in schools, been a nanny, managed nurseries so when I moved to the Southwest area, I made the decision to change my career path as well as my home!

Your journey to Aspire To Move / How did you get here?

As above, I had worked in lettings for a few years, mainly in Property Management. Will and Caroline worked within the same agency so once they had set up Aspire To Move, and decided they were in a position to hire, I was contacted, and I couldn’t have been more grateful. I have always wanted to work in Bath and for an independent agent too.

What’s your favourite thing about working with Aspire To Move?

I love that the team are all equally as passionate about customer service, I always try to answer the phone smiling and like to think I try my best to help the person I am speaking to in any way possible and I truly feel the rest of the team do the same. I also adore our clients; we work with some wonderful people.
