We take customer satisfaction seriously and that’s why it’s important for us to know when things go wrong. 2. Record – Upon receipt we will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business working days. We will then get in touch to discuss your complaint and seek a resolution.
3. Our Response – Upon receipt we will fully investigation and aim to come back to you with a full response as quickly as we can but we allow 15 working days to do so.
