We are thrilled to announce that on Friday 31st of March 2023, we were awarded the Gold Award for the Best Letting Agent in Britain at the British Property Awards!
The British Property Awards was created by a dedicated team of previous Estate Agency owners who passionately believe that agents who provide a fantastic service should be rewarded for their endeavours.
The British Property Awards team mystery shops every estate agent against a set of 25 criteria to obtain a balanced overview of their customer service levels. The judging criteria is detailed, exploring different mediums, scenarios and time periods to ensure that agents have been fairly judged.
We are incredibly proud to have been awarded Best British Letting Agent, especially following our previous wins for best Letting Agent in Bath and best Letting Agent in the South West (Somerset) in 2021-2022 and 2022-2023.
This is recognition for the hard work that the entire team has been putting in over the last year.
